Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms of Service is to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of Streamize Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and the users of the Services, as well as other necessary matters concerning the use of the services (hereinafter referred to as the "Services"), which include digital content (hereinafter referred to as the "Content") provided by the Company through mobile devices.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The terms used in these Terms of Service are defined as follows:

  1. "Company" refers to the business operator that provides the Services through mobile devices.
  2. "Member" refers to a person who has entered into a service agreement in accordance with these Terms and uses the Services provided by the Company.
  3. "Account Information" collectively refers to the Member's member number, external account information, device information, nickname, and other information provided by the Member to the Company, as well as service usage information, and payment information for service fees.
  4. "Content" refers to all materials provided by the Company to the Member for the Services, including but not limited to text, audio, video, and network services.
  5. "Application" refers to all programs downloaded or installed on a mobile device to use the Services provided by the Company.
  6. "Service" refers to all learning content, SNS, and other services provided by the Company through the Application.
  7. "Paid Service" refers to any service provided by the Company to the Member for which a fee is charged in exchange for its use.

Unless otherwise defined in Paragraph 1 of this Article, the definitions of terms used in these Terms shall be governed by relevant laws and regulations and service-specific policies. Matters not defined therein shall follow general commercial practices.

Article 3 (Provision of Company Information, etc.)

The Company shall display the following information on its website in a manner easily accessible to Members. However, the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service may be made available for Members to view through a link.

  1. Company name and the name of the representative
  2. Address of the business office (including the address where Member complaints can be handled)
  3. Telephone number
  4. Business registration number
  5. Privacy Policy
